While researching this project, I was amazed to find out just how much the humble McRib sandwich had impacted our culture.  In the photos below, I think you'll see just how beloved the McRib was.

 
 
After helping gain the Chicago Bulls their fourth NBA championship in 1996, Dennis Rodman announced that his superior rebounding skills were largely due to a strict all-McRib diet.
 
Here's a rare promotional shot from Star Wars.  This was for an unused ad campaign promoting the McRib.  You can see in this shot that Carrie Fisher was less than enthused about being the only un-costumed actor obligated to appear in the ads.

 
 
 Sinatra's love for the McRib sandwich is legendary.  Here Ol' Blue Eyes stops a stage show to get the waitress's attention.  "I want to buy that table a round of McRibs!" he then exclaimed.
 
 Toward the end of Bela Lugosi's career, he wasn't very discriminating about the roles he took.  Here he plays a Dracula-like character who in this scene attempts to hypnotize someone by uttering the unintentionally comical line: "Look at my McRib.  You will now do as I command!"
